Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is free for up to 5 regular-sized (8.5" x 11") samples! We ship samples via USPS First Class - please expect 5-7 business days to arrive. If you need your samples faster, choose one of our expedited shipping options:
Domestic Expedited - UPS 2 Day Air = $25
Domestic Expedited - UPS Next Day Air = $35

Domestic shipping (within USA) for all products:

  • Order total $25 - $400 = $15 UPS Ground / $40 UPS 2 Day Air / $60 UPS Next Day Air
  • Order total $401 - $800 = $20 UPS Ground / $50 UPS 2 Day Air / $75 UPS Next Day Air
  • Order total $801 - $1200 = $30 UPS Ground / $65 UPS 2 Day Air / $90 UPS Next Day Air
  • Order total $1201 - $2000 = $40 UPS Ground / $90 UPS 2 Day Air / $125 UPS Next Day Air
  • Order total $2001 or over = $50 UPS Ground / $150 UPS 2 Day Air / $200 UPS Next Day Air

Regular ground orders ship within 1-4 business days. Orders of in stock items placed before 2:00 PM CST with expedited shipping will ship that same day (except for Fridays). All orders received after 2:00 PM CST will ship the following day. All order for expedited shipping placed on Fridays will ship out on Monday unless received before 10 CST. We ship via UPS 2 Day Air (which guarantees delivery by end of day on the delivery date) and UPS Next Day Air (which guarantees delivery by 10:30 AM on the delivery date). Please note UPS delivers on standard business days, not Saturday or Sunday. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A signature is required for delivery on all UPS orders unless you choose the "No Signature Required" option; in which case we are not responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries.

Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email to ensure that the ship to address is correct. If there is an error, please contact us immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there is a $25 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while the order is in transit.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

REPORT DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We take great care in inspecting and packing our products in an effort to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If by chance damage does occur, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of order via email at support@hyggeandwest.com to arrange for a replacement. Please keep the original item and all packing material. We will replace the item at no additional shipping cost.
